Job summary

Webb Wheel Products, Inc. is seeking a reliable 3rd shift Maintenance Facility Support personnel in Cullman, AL. The role combines janitorial duties with hands-on maintenance support, including PM tasks and light repairs.

The shift runs Sun.–Thu., 11pm–7am, with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $21.53/hr plus a $1 shift differential. Ideal candidates are comfortable with physical labor, mechanically inclined, and able to perform a variety of day-to-day tasks alongside the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Great work ethic and safety-focused mindset.
• Licensed forklift operator preferred or required.
• Attention to detail in cleaning, maintenance, and basic PM tasks.

Responsibilities

• General janitorial duties: clean, sanitize, and maintain orderly environment.
• Assist maintenance team with routine PM tasks and minor repairs.
• Operate floor sweeper and maintain equipment and shop areas.
• Address floor concerns (water, oil, coolant) and empty trash containment vessels.
• Operate trash compactor and keep work area safe and clean.
• Repair and stack wood dunnage and move products with forklift.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in required trainings.
