Challenge Manufacturing in Cusseta, AL is hiring a Forklift Driver for the 3rd shift (730 PM–6 AM). Responsibilities include operating forklifts, loading/unloading pallets, and ensuring accurate inventories to support production.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and at least 1 month of related experience; Hilo driving and material handling experience are preferred. The role requires safety awareness and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• One month related experience or training.
• Previous material handling and/or Hilo driving experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Load/unload pallets and stack materials as required.
• Maintain accurate inventories and supply materials to production.
• Recharge batteries or replace liquefied gas tanks as needed.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
