Webb Wheel Products, Inc. is seeking a reliable 3rd shift Maintenance Facility Support to help maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment while supporting the maintenance team with PM tasks and minor repairs.

The role runs Sun–Thu 11pm–7am with overtime; pay starts at $21.53 plus $1 shift diff. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, enjoy physical work, and have a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial roles or facility upkeep.
• Ability to operate floor sweepers and basic machinery.
• Attention to safety procedures and housekeeping standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial duties to keep the facility clean and safe.
• Assist maintenance team with routine PM tasks and minor repairs.
• Operate forklift to move product and manage trash/household waste.
• Keep floor areas clear of hazards and address spills or leaks as needed.

In this role, your primary responsibility is to maintain a clean, sanitized, and orderly environment through core janitorial duties. The remaining of your time will be spent working alongside our maintenance team, assisting with routine preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, facility upkeep, and minor repairs.The 3rd shift is Sun. - Thurs. 11pm-7am with some required overtime. Pay starts at $21.53 before the additional $1 for shift diff.The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, is comfortable with physical labor, is mechanically inclined, and enjoys a role with varied day-to-day responsibilities.Essential FunctionsResponsible for general knowledge of any / all job-related machinery, equipment, and work instructions.Floor sweeper operation and maintenanceAddressing any noticeable floor concerns (water, oil, coolant, etc.)Operation of trash compactorEmptying of all trash containment vesselsClean and maintain shop and equipment as assigned.Repair and stack wood dunnage as assigned.Maintain a clean and safe work area.Adhere to all safety procedures.Operate forklift to move product.Other duties as assigned.Position QualificationsGreat work ethicAbility to work safelyLicensed forklift operatorAttention to detailExperience0-1 Year janitorial rolesManufacturing experience preferredThe Perks & Payoff!The best part?
