GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Manager, Manufacturing Maintenance & Facilities for the 3rd shift in Louisville, KY. You will guide plant infrastructure, supervise maintenance staff, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet production goals.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in production facility maintenance, including 2+ years supervising teams. OSHA/EPA compliance and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred.
• 5 years of operation and maintenance experience in a production facility.
• 2 years minimum experience supervising employees.
• Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA requirements related to maintenance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for plant infrastructure and facility support systems.
• Provide expertise on plant layout and connections into/out of the plant across shifts.
• Own optimization of facility support systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and more.
• Lead and supervise hourly maintenance staff; implement policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements through audits.
