Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in operation and maintenance of a production facility.
• 2+ years of supervision experience; lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical lead for plant infrastructure and facility support systems.
• Provide troubleshooting guidance for electrical/mechanical issues and PLC controls.
• Supervise hourly maintenance staff; implement HR policies and safety standards.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments to meet KPIs and drive cost efficiency.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate repairs with limited downtime.
