Job summary

GE Appliances, a Haier company, is seeking a Senior Manager, Maintenance & Facilities in Decatur, AL for 2nd shift. Lead a skilled maintenance team, coordinate with Operations and Engineering, and drive reliability and safety across the plant.

You’ll develop staff, optimize schedules, and ensure compliance with codes and SOPs while delivering results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in maintenance/engineering or operations in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical systems, PLCs, robotics and conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for a multi-craft maintenance team.
• Review schedules and manpower for production needs.
• Develop staff through coaching, feedback and training.
• Coordinate maintenance with Operations and Engineering.
