Aerotek is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an off-shift schedule in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support safe and efficient operations on a 3rd shift.

The position requires industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, ability to diagnose 480V electrical systems, and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V is required.
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and gearboxes is required.
• Ability to diagnose and repair production equipment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, conveyors, electrical systems, and facility equipment.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Conduct equipment changeovers and adjustments to support production needs.
• Troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, drives, sensors, and control circuits.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Order replacement parts and help maintain maintenance inventory.
• Complete maintenance documentation and preventative maintenance records.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Shift: 3rd Shift

Pay: $32+ (Depends on skills) + Shift Differential -

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team on an off-shift schedule. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to support safe and efficient operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
