Job summary

thyssenkrupp rothe erde is seeking a 3rd shift Maintenance Support to assist the maintenance supervisor and department. The role covers coordinating preventive maintenance, parts requisitions in the SRM system, and maintaining crib inventories. You will also perform light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs as needed.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus diesel/gas/propane engine repair training and plumbing/electrical/HVAC exposure. CDL is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Training or job related experience in diesel, gas and propane engine repair.
• Training or job experience in plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize all necessary PM activities for the machine shop.
• Assist in parts identification and requisitions in SRM system.
• Maintain accurate maintenance/supply crib inventory and replenishment.
• Repair minor electrical issues (110v/120v).
• Perform minor electrical repairs in office.
• Maintain office plumbing and HVAC repairs.
• Communicate operations needs with supervisor/manager.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as directed by supervisors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to lift 75 lbs.
