Job summary

Greenheck Group is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic I–III to support 3rd shift maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, and maintain CMMS records to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic mechanical knowledge, and the ability to interpret blueprints. Certifications in crane operation and CPR are required or pursued as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical knowledge; experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and manuals.
• Certified in crane operation and basic machine safety protocols.
• Maintain certifications in first aid/CPR and other required safety training.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment, including inspections, lubrication, and cleaning.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair efforts led by more experienced mechanics.
• Record completed tasks in the CMMS.
• Operate material handling equipment, including cranes and aerial lifts, safely.
• Maintain work areas to meet housekeeping standards.
• Participate in training to improve technical skills and CMMS competency.
