Job summary

BOCAR US is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production machinery with minimal supervision. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, read schematics, and install equipment.

The role requires handling motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors, plus strong communication and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will have at least three years in a manufacturing maintenance role, be able to work any shift, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English and perform basic math.
• Minimum three years as a maintenance technician in manufacturing.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to read instructions and diagrams; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install mechanical and electrical equipment per plant policies.
• Repair production machinery including motors, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors and line equipment.
• Read diagrams and manuals for installations and repairs.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Work shifts, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Comply with plant safety and environmental guidelines.
