Job summary

Polymer Concepts Technologies, Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Machining Set Up and Operator for piston rings in Hanover, PA. You will use precision equipment to setup, measure, and run parts per prints and travelers.

The role requires blueprint literacy, mechanical aptitude, and prior manufacturing experience. Training and safety compliance are emphasized in a temperature-controlled, weekly paid environment.

Qualifications

• Must have basic blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Safety policies must be followed at all times.
• Two years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up machinery for piston rings per prints and travelers.
• Measure parts with micrometers and gauges to tight tolerances.
• Maintain clean work area and accurate records.
• Train new hires and assist with production flow.
• Follow ITAR/export control rules as required.
