• Minimum of 2 years of machine operation experience.
• Able to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and good time management.
• Able to pass a drug screen.
• Clean criminal background (no felony convictions).

Responsibilities

• Load stacks of paper into production machinery.
• Ensure materials are properly aligned for accurate machine feeding.
• Monitor equipment performance and address paper jams or production issues.
• Collect completed printed and folded products from production lines.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify finished products meet specifications.
• Package and organize completed materials for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Follow all production and safety procedures.
