Qualifications

- Troubleshoot equipment and make adjustments to maintain quality.
- Understand production measurement tools and thermoforming principles.
Responsibilities
- Operate machines safely and meet efficiency and quality targets.
- Troubleshoot and correct machine problems with adjustments.
- Provide solutions for production issues and support team members.
- Complete end-of-shift paperwork for crewing and production data.
- Inspect and identify defective products and adjust machinery accordingly.
- Adhere to housekeeping, safety, and standard work guidelines.
