Digital Room in Arlington, TX is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift (9:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Mon-Fri). You will operate large format printing machinery, load materials, inspect quality, and ensure accurate packaging.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced production setting. Key tasks include packaging, machine operation, maintenance support, and communicating issues to management.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Able to communicate in English and with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and safety mindset.
• Comfortable using computers and company systems.
• Physically able to handle production tasks and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Pack and seal printing products in assigned boxes.
• Operate machines and learn large/formats machinery for printing, cutting, and packaging.
• Load materials into processing equipment and monitor quality.
• Read shipping labels and verify quantity and product.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and report hazards.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and color/image quality tests.
• Communicate issues with management and vendors as needed.
• Support additional duties as skills grow.
