Job summary

MillenniumSoft Inc is seeking an Entry-Level Machine Operator in Mebane, NC for a 12-month contract on a W2 basis. The role pays $16-20/hr for 40 hours weekly on the 3rd shift, with duties including filling, packaging, labeling, inspecting, and routine production tasks under supervision.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a basic ability to read and interpret English specifications, perform basic math, and work well in a team while adhering to FDA, GMP, and ISO9000

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reads, writes, interprets English specifications and performs basic math.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to rotate tasks and shifts.
• Must be punctual and capable of extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine production functions including filling, utility operations, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting under general supervision.
• Maintains accurate records and logs in accordance with FDA, GMPs and ISO9000.
• Effectively works in a team setting, supporting team goals and objectives.
• Makes effective decisions relative to position requirements.
• Follows instructions and works within routine, standard practices.
• Works under direct supervision, following standard operating procedures.
