Job summary

GOJO Industries Inc located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, is seeking a Production Associate for 3rd shift on a 100% onsite basis. The role involves supporting manufacturing processes, moving materials, and performing inventory tasks for all platforms.

Must meet safety guidelines and be able to lift up to 55 pounds while rotating through all production line tasks. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) match and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and implement required standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Strong safety knowledge related to machinery handling.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; may train others.
• Perform inventory control tasks including verification of components and reporting discrepancies.
• Load equipment with necessary production components as part of the production crew.
• Rotate to all tasks on the production line.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step.
• Lift up to 55 pounds and maintain physical agility.
• Demonstrate ability to work on high-speed production lines.
