Job summary

GOJO is seeking a Machine Operator II for the 2nd shift at USA Lippman Campus - Mfg. This on-site role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and involves operating, setting up, and maintaining Drum-Tote Fillers while following SOPs/WIS and cGMP guidelines. Travel between Northeast Ohio campuses may be required.

The position offers a starting pay of $22.19/hour, with bonus eligibility and benefits such as 401(k) match and parental leave.

Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read SOPs/WIS and follow procedures.
• HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to maximize production and minimize downtime.
• Perform setup, operation, maintenance and changeovers on assembly machines.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Maintain machine logs and records for auditing purposes.
• Read and respond to machine control panels and alarms.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and make minor repairs to equipment.
• Adhere to cGMP, safety and housekeeping requirements.
• Verify components prior to use and report discrepancies.
• Handle inventory in staging areas.
• Operate, set up and run Drum-Tote Filler.
