Job summary

Tweddle Group in Wisconsin is seeking a production associate to support operators with basic casing-in setup, feeding and cartoning operations, and to monitor product quality on the line.

You will also handle packaging tasks, perform routine maintenance, and help keep the work area clean while contributing to improvements and training new operators, all while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical and math skills required.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
• Follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Perform casing-in functions and set up feeding, cartoning, and related equipment.
• Feed, check, and take products off the line.
• Collate, wrap, and repair product.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the department.
• Perform general machine maintenance.
• Identify and suggest process improvements.
• Provide training on machinery and give progress feedback to supervisors.
• Model Sheridan’s core values and comply with safety rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
