Job summary

Carlisle Companies is seeking a manufacturing associate to operate machinery in the production process. You will assist Operators II and III with packing and end-of-line work, and perform overtime as required. Emphasis on safety, quality, and lean practices in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $21.36 per hour with a $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift, with overtime as needed. This position offers benefits and career growth opportunities within Carlisle’s North American

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; must be 18+ years old.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery to complete assigned work orders.
• Review work orders and communicate material needs.
• Monitor machine performance and safety.
• Assist with end-of-line packing and quality checks.
• Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Record manufacturing data for quality control.
