Cremer North America is seeking a Machine Operator (3rd Shift) in Cincinnati, OH to keep filling lines running smoothly. You will report to the Shift Supervisor, operate equipment, troubleshoot minor issues, and assist with production-line tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; training possible if not experienced. You must lift up to 50 lbs, stand long hours, and wear PPE while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or working on it). Extra training or certification is a bonus but not required.
• Experience: Helpful with bottling, packaging, or filling machines; training available if not experienced.
• Physical requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials up to 40 lbs; stand for long periods.
• Attention to Detail: Good eyesight and ability to perform repetitive tasks without mistakes.
• Communication: Understand instructions and write clearly when needed.
• Safety: Willing to wear PPE and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet the necessary skill levels.
• Follow all quality and safety requirements, including PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
