KDC-ONE is hiring a Machine Operator for the 3rd shift in Columbus, OH. The role emphasizes mechanical ability, basic data entry, and adherence to GMP standards.

You’ll help keep production lines running, perform changeovers, and support maintenance tasks in a fast-paced beauty products environment. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with pay between $18.75 and $19.50 per hour, plus benefits and potential advancement into Line Lead roles as you gain experience and contribute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• 2+ years of manufacturing, production, or hands-on experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using a computer for basic data entry and tracking.
• Mechanically inclined—enjoy fixing, adjusting, or troubleshooting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
• Ability to follow work instructions and GMP standards.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running smoothly with basic adjustments and troubleshooting
• Perform clean-outs, changeovers, and rinses between production runs
• Enter product details and complete basic records in our system (simple computer use)
• Work with maintenance on preventative tasks and equipment care
• Monitor batches for quality, correct labeling, and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Support and train teammates; step in for the Line Lead when needed
