Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Make adjustments to keep production running efficiently.
• Conduct product quality checks throughout the shift.
• Inspect product appearance, weight, labeling and packaging.
• Complete production and quality documentation.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Load and replenish production materials.
• Support equipment cleaning and sanitation activities.
• Follow food safety, quality and workplace safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily goals.
