Job summary

Cremer North America, LP is seeking a Machine Operator for the 1st shift in Cincinnati, OH. You will operate bottling/packaging machinery, follow safety and quality standards, and work with a collaborative production team.

The role offers a 2-week vacation, personal days, holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit-sharing, overtime potential, and an annual bonus up to $2,000. High school diploma or GED required; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or currently pursuing it.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to be trained on bottling/packaging equipment.
• Capable of following safety guidelines and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and meet necessary skill levels.
• Follow quality and safety requirements, including PPE and hair nets in designated areas.
• Switch machines for different products and solve minor problems.
• Keep track of downtime and report any issues with quality.
• Follow the production schedule and quality control guidelines.
• Work closely with your team to keep the production line running.
• Keep machines in top condition and take pride in your work.
