Job summary

Green Bay Packaging is seeking a full-time team member in Ohio to support manufacturing operations. The role involves machine setup, order processing, and ongoing quality checks to ensure product safety and adherence to standards.

• Set up machines and related equipment including loading and prepping dies or plates.
• Input orders and complete all paperwork associated with order.
• Monitor order throughout run and perform systemic quality checks.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Responsible for product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

• Machine set ups including pushing buttons, lifting soft plate or die boards, moving rails, setting up compression bed/strapper, setting up stripper section using die grinders, mounting cutting dies, setting load former, etc.
• Input orders and complete all paperwork associated with order.
• Monitor order throughout run and conduct systemic quality checks.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Responsible for product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
