Green Bay Packaging is seeking candidates for a manufacturing role in Ohio where you will assist with machine set ups, run orders, and perform quality checks to ensure safety and quality of products.

The position emphasizes adherence to safety and paper work completion, with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement within a large, established company.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Machine set ups including operating presses and related equipment.
• Input orders and complete all paperwork for orders.
• Monitor order and perform basic quality checks during run.
• Adhere to company policies, safety, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Machine set ups which could include tasks such as: pushing buttons, lifting soft plate or die boards, moving rails, setting up compression bed/ strapper, setting up stripper section using die grinders, mount cutting dies, setting load former, etc.
• Input orders and complete all paperwork associated with order.
• Monitor order throughout run and conduct systemic quality checks.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
• Responsible for product safety and quality.
• Additional duties may be assigned by management.
