Job summary

Traditional Medicinals, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 3rd shift (11pm–7:30am) in Rocky Mount, VA. You will coordinate inbound freight, transfers between TM facilities and cold storage, and support cross-departmental material and information flow.

You will track shipments, generate shipping documents, and help maintain on-hand materials with purchasing and planning. Forklift operations and bilingual Spanish are a plus in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of related shipping/receiving experience.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent communication & writing skills; Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound freight with carriers and scheduling.
• Track shipments and provide data for TM, suppliers, customers, and carriers.
• Perform inbound and outbound truck inspections in Redzone.
• Obtain and use open order reports to plan flow and storage of inbound materials.
• Coordinate with copackers to receive, process, maintain and store materials not owned by TM.
• Receive, initiate and process distribution order requests.
• Obtain and generate official shipping documents.
• Maintain on-hand material levels in coordination with purchasing/planning/inventory control.
• Use Word, Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft AX to manage data and documents.
• Keep warehouse organized and ensure materials flow.
