Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH is seeking an Operations (Production) Supervisor to lead safety, cost, quality and delivery for the High Purity Group's Fulfillment Center. You will direct resources and teams to meet schedule, ensure quality, and adhere to Swagelok policies.

The role supervises 10–30 direct reports on a 3rd shift (9:45 p.m.–7:00 a.m., M-F) with 10% shift differential, and emphasizes Lean daily management, problem solving, and continuous improvement within a compliant operating environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience with oversight of teams.
• Experience with MS Office, MRP systems, data mining desired.

• Provide direction and leadership to achieve safety, cost, quality and delivery goals.
• Manage resources and lead associates to perform tasks cost-effectively and with quality.
• Lead Lean Daily Management System cadence and problem-solving activities.
