Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a medium/high volume manufacturing environment.
• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision.

• Assembly line supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations as first-line supervisor to meet production targets.
• Coordinate day-to-day production in the Top Load Washer area.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Coach and develop team members; provide training on safety, quality and 5S.
