Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems LLC in Ripon, WI, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a high-volume stamping press team on 2nd shift (Mon-Thu 3:00pm–1:00am) with a safety-first approach and servant leadership. You will coordinate day-to-day activities to meet production requirements and support continuous improvement across the line.

Responsibilities include coaching operators, ensuring safety training and PPE usage, and collaborating with quality, maintenance, and engineering to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methods.
• Familiarity with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Strong collaboration with quality, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority and conduct safety audits.
• Lead and coach operators and technicians to meet production targets.
• Develop and enforce attendance and company policies.
• Oversee stamping press department to meet schedules and quality.
• Analyze downtime and implement improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Report production, quality, and safety KPIs to management.
