Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC in Ripon, WI is seeking a Press Production Supervisor for 2nd shift. You will lead a high-volume stamping/press area, drive safety, and ensure on-time production through teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will coach operators and technicians, manage attendance and discipline, and partner with quality, maintenance, and engineering to remove bottlenecks. Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1–3 years supervision is desired.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safety culture, enforce safety policies, and lead investigations.
• Model servant leadership, develop and empower team members.
• Train, mentor, and assess staff; oversee attendance and conduct.
• Supervise stamping press operations to meet aggressive targets and quality standards.
• Lead continuous improvement projects and reduce downtime with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain production records and report KPIs; collaborate with other departments.
