Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is seeking a 3rd shift Shift Supervisor in Moraine, OH to lead and coordinate daytime and nighttime production activities on the Semi-Tempering Lamination line. You will supervise a team, enforce safety rules, monitor quality, and manage costs, with a focus on continuous improvement.

The role requires 1 year of manufacturing experience (or equivalent) and a High School Diploma or GED. Physical duties include lifting and standing for long periods during a fast-paced shift.

Qualifications

• Experience leading production teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Ability to read production data and act on KPI trends.

Responsibilities

• Report to Lead supervisor and plan production based on orders.
• Ensure plant safety and supervise safety management and environmental standards.
• Manage production quality and cost, controlling KPIs to meet company targets.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings and report production, quality, and regulation issues.
• Train staff and supervise multi-position training and on-boarding.
