Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a 3rd Shift Label Finishing Machine Operator. You will set up and operate a label-cutting machine to meet customer specs, ensuring quality through the entire production process and supporting cross-training across the floor.

The role offers a starting wage of $22.00/hour with a $2.00/hour shift differential, Sunday–Thursday 10:00pm–6:00am, and a supportive team environment with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run a machine that cuts labels per customer specs.
• Manage quality of finished product through the production process.
• Cross-train in other roles across production.
• Perform quality assurance checks and raise concerns when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues and work as part of a team to meet goals.
