ServiceMaster Elite Janitorial Services seeks a reliable Custodial Manager to lead the third-shift custodial team and oversee cleaning operations, safety, and team morale. You will directly supervise staff, conduct inspections, and ensure high cleanliness standards across facilities.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Prior custodial experience and a willingness to work third shift are essential.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications a plus.
• 2+ years of custodial or janitorial experience, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish or other).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Availability to work third shift hours.

• Manage and coordinate custodial staff during third shift.
