Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Ohio to ensure inventory accuracy and FEFO compliance. This hands-on role spends most days counting stock, verifying lot codes, and addressing operational inventory issues.

Candidates bring at least a high school diploma and 2+ years in cycle counting or inventory coordination, with strong Excel skills and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You will work with cross-functional teams to root out root causes and improve processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of cycle count or inventory coordination experience.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong Excel skills to develop clear spreadsheets and reports.
• Effective cross-functional communication in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Physically count items in inventory using approved processes.
• Build and use reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain FEFO and lot-code tracking on the pick line.
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory processes.
• Update inventory quantities in ERP/WMS when discrepancies are found.
• Resolve outbound order errors when they occur.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective actions.
