US Conec, Ltd. is seeking a hands-on Injection Molding Process Technician to support manufacturing operations for high-precision molded components in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves process transfers, test runs, troubleshooting, and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality production.

Relocation assistance is available within 20 miles of Fort Worth. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain molding conditions, support corrective actions, and uphold a clean, safe work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Process Technician in an injection molding environment.
• Commitment to continued education through AIM Molding I and II (coursework and travel covered by US Conec)

Responsabilités

• Follow procedures for press alarms, production priorities, and test runs.
• Complete production test runs, summarize results, and update the MRP system.
• Transfer and validate processes between machines, including setup sheet creation and documentation.
• Collaborate with process, tooling, quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues.
• Document all process changes using standardized worksheets.
• Start or stop molding machines based on priority schedules, including mold changes.
• Support molding and quality teams on corrective actions and process adjustments.
• Maintain a clean and organized molding floor and work environment.
• Set up and tune Sprue Pickers and Robots (Yushin models).
• Assist with camera setup and installation as requested by Operations and Engineering
