Qualifications

• Sets up, changes, and processes molds for injection molding machines.
• Molds weighing up to 17,000 lbs are handled with hoists.
• Starts up molds to meet part specifications and uses start-up sheets.
• Repairs and troubleshooting for molds and machines as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and operate injection molding equipment safely.
• Ensure molds and parts meet quality specs and timelines.
• Maintain hygiene, housekeeping and safety practices.
• Assist with tooling and machine upkeep as required.
