Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Compounder for Plastic Injection Molding machines with warehousing experience. The successful candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to excellence, contributing to a collaborative team.

Shift: 3rd shift, 11:00 pm – 7:15 am, Monday through Friday. Pay: $21.00 per hour ($19.00 base + $2.00 shift differential) with a $4.00 daily perfect attendance bonus paid weekly. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Read tape measures and verify measurements.
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Meet daily production goals and deadlines.
