Callaway Golf is seeking a manufacturing associate in North Dakota to support daily production scheduling and weigh materials for blends. You’ll mix batches, inspect incoming materials, and coordinate with floor personnel to keep IM productions running smoothly.

Ideal candidates read and write English, have a GED or high school diploma, and can lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes safety, PPE compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Meet work order demands related to daily schedule.
• Understand material weight station and weigh batches.
• Mix batches to specification and follow proper procedures.
• Inspect incoming materials and ensure they meet internal standards.
• Coordinate with floor personnel to keep production running smoothly.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE guidelines.
