Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Compounder for Plastic Injection Molding with warehousing experience. The role requires attention to detail, mathematical aptitude, and the ability to read measurements. You will read tape measures, troubleshoot, and maintain inventory while ensuring a safe, organized workspace.

The position operates on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:15 AM, Monday–Friday). Compensation starts at $19.00/hour base plus $2.00 shift differential, plus a $4.00 daily Perfect

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Read tape measure.
