Callaway Golf is seeking a Mold Technician for the 2nd shift in Chicopee, MA. This role handles the assembly and disassembly of golf ball compression molds, and will clean, inspect, and repair molds as necessary.

The position runs from 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM and involves working in a production environment to support quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include moving molds between cells and maintenance, media blasting, baking, coating, and contributing to process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Must be very organized and thorough, following all procedures for quality and safety.
• Must be able to work independently as well as being part of the team.
• Must be able to manage time well to meet deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes.
• Remove molds from compression molding cells and transport to maintenance area and return once completed.
• Required to media blast, bake, and coat semi-permanent mold release.
• Transport mold parts, positions them for assembly.
• Works towards improvements for process efficiencies.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
