Adecco Permanent Recruitment is recruiting for an Industrial Maintenance Technician in the Youngsville, NC area. This is a direct-hire, 3rd-shift role offering strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting duties in an industrial manufacturing setting.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of maintenance experience, with expertise in 480V three-phase and 24V DC controls, PLCs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Competenze
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Experience with 480V three-phase and 24V DC controls.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficient in preventive maintenance programs.
- Able to work the 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM overnight shift.
Mansioni
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to minimize downtime.
- Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting including 480V three-phase and 24V DC systems.
- Repair motors, relays, contactors, solenoids, switches, and VFDs.
- Troubleshoot PLCs and automation, particularly Allen-Bradley systems.
- Repair pneumatic and hydraulic components and maintain conveyors.
- Perform preventive maintenance on mixers, ovens, finishing machinery, and related equipment.
- Document repairs and maintenance activities; follow safety procedures.
