TE Connectivity is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in Greensboro, NC. The role focuses on maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and automated systems to maximize uptime and reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with engineering and operations to drive continuous improvement.

Competenze

Associate degree or 2+ years maintenance experience required (Option 1).
5+ years of maintenance experience considered (Option 2).
Journeyman or Apprenticeship plus 2+ years maintenance experience (Option 3).
Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, motors, drives and production equipment preferred.

Mansioni

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex mechanical/electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
Respond quickly to equipment failures to minimize downtime.
Read schematics/diagrams and support automated equipment.
Maintain maintenance records and follow LOTO procedures.
