Job summary

Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Advanced Industrial Maintenance Technician for either 2nd or 3rd shift, with open availability to either. The role focuses on troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues, preventative maintenance, and machine repairs.

Strong PLC programming and ladder logic read/modify capabilities are required. Candidates should have advanced electrical skills, read schematics, and be comfortable with meters, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience with strong electrical and PLC skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Strong mechanical, welding, and cutting abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Hands-on experience with meters and measurements.
• Must pass an electrical board and PLC programming assessment.
• CPR, first aid, lockout/tagout, fall protection, PPE, and confined spaces training may be required.
• Basic English proficiency to read safety instructions, understand work orders, and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English.

Responsibilities
