Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair poultry processing equipment at the Acorn Plant. You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, and support production continuity in a fast-paced environment.

Must have strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with a variety of tools, and the ability to read and follow safety procedures. On-site 3rd shift with responsibilities across the processing plant.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial, manufacturing maintenance, or electrical experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of good safety practices.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair skills.
• Proficiency in using common hand tools, power tools, precision instruments, and testing devices.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English; work in poultry processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery and equipment in the plant.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery for repairs and parts replacement.
• Inspect parts for defects and replace faulty components.
• Lubricate, clean, and adjust equipment to maintain performance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and support uptime.
