Job summary

Farmer Focus is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to perform daily and preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations in a poultry processing environment. You will help ensure machinery runs safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting production continuity and uptime.

The role requires strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently and respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven industrial, manufacturing maintenance, or electrical experience required.
• Knowledge and understanding of good safety practices.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to support smooth operations.
• Repair, install, adjust, and maintain machinery and equipment throughout the processing plant.
• Perform parts replacement, routine maintenance, and special projects as assigned.
• Disassemble machinery to remove parts and make repairs.
• Examine parts for defects and malfunction signs.
