Job summary

Pro Services Workforce Solutions is hiring two Direct Hire Industrial Maintenance Technicians for PCA's Reading, PA facility. You will maintain high-speed corrugated equipment, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, and perform proactive maintenance in a fast-paced plant environment.

You must have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical skills, and the ability to read prints and schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read prints and schematics.
• PLC troubleshooting with RSLogix.
• Hands-on mechanical skills with conveyors, bearings, gears, seals.

Responsibilities

• Keep high-speed corrugated equipment running and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform reactive, planned, proactive, and predictive maintenance.
• Read electrical and mechanical prints and schematics to trace faults and repair.
• Troubleshoot HMIs and controls on Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Rebuild mechanical devices and service conveyors, bearings, shafts and seals, gearboxes.
• Help the team get ahead of preventive maintenance to reduce reactive downtime.
