Pro Services Workforce Solutions is partnering with Packaging Corporation of America to fill two Direct Hire openings for 3rd Shift Industrial Maintenance Technicians at the PCA Reading, PA facility. The Reading plant is a full-line corrugated super plant and offers growth opportunities on a solid team.

Successful candidates will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on high-speed equipment, read prints, and troubleshoot PLC systems.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills; proficient with a meter across 0-24V, 110-240V, and 480V systems.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints and schematics.
• PLC troubleshooting experience with software such as RSLogix.

Responsabilidades

• Keep high-speed corrugated equipment running; troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform reactive, planned, proactive, and predictive maintenance on electrical and mechanical sides.
• Diagnose electrical issues across control voltage, single phase, and three phase; work with servos, VFDs, relays, I/O modules, sensors, and wiring.
• Read prints/schematics to trace faults and perform repairs.
• Connect to PLC via site computer; interpret programs and coordinate with OEM for support.
• Troubleshoot HMIs and controls on Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
• Rebuild mechanical devices and service conveyors, bearings, shafts, seals, and gearboxes.
• Assist the team with preventive maintenance to reduce reactive work.
