Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician for a high-volume manufacturing facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM).

The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to maximize uptime and ensure safe operations. You will perform advanced preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance, reading P&IDs and schematics, and coordinating with production and contractors to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with industrial or manufacturing machinery is required.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical schematics, mechanical diagrams, and machine layouts.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and PLC-related problems.
• Coordinate repairs with production personnel and outside contractors to minimize disruptions.
• Safely operate forklifts, lifts, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Document completed work and equipment conditions in the CMMS.
