Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial maintenance technician.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Knowledge of PLC systems, control systems, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various temperature conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyors.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspect machinery and run diagnostics to identify problems.
• Install and dismantle industrial machinery per blueprints.
• Replace defective parts and fabricate repair parts when needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and parts.
• Comply with safety standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement to improve equipment reliability.
