Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, motors, conveyors, and related equipment.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Inspect machinery and run diagnostic tests to identify problems.
• Install and dismantle machinery according to layouts and blueprints.
• Replace defective components and fabricate parts as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and parts.
• Adhere to OSHA safety standards and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to coordinate maintenance schedules.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability.
